Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will engage in preparing food fresh daily without relying on freezers or microwaves. The role involves versatility across different stations such as grilling, cashier duties, prep work, salsa preparation, and order expo. Responsibilities

• Prepare real food manually every day at multiple restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.

Requirements

• Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor conducive to customer interaction and team collaboration.
• Demonstrate passion for assisting and serving customers and colleagues alike.
• Show willingness and eagerness to learn cooking and related food preparation skills extensively.
• Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) utilized at the workplace location.
