Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you'll be part of a team that prepares fresh food by hand daily—no microwaves, freezers, or can openers involved. We offer comprehensive training across all stations including grilling, cashiering, prep, salsa making, and expo. This position is ideal for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn cooking and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Whether you have prior restaurant experience or not, you will be equipped with the skills to succeed and advance, with over 80% of managers promoted internally from Crew.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh meals by hand ensuring quality and speed
- Deliver outstanding customer service maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Perform tasks at various workstations, including grill, prep, cashier, salsa, and expo areas
Candidate Requirements
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Passion for assisting and engaging with customers and team members
- Strong willingness to learn extensive cooking skills
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) spoken at the work location
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 plus eligibility for digital tips
- Tuition assistance covering up to 100% for selected degrees or up to $5,250 annually
