Key Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently handle various roles within the restaurant including grilling, cashiering, food preparation, salsa making, and order assembly. You will provide excellent customer service, foster a welcoming environment, and help maintain Chipotle's reputation for quality and freshness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor
• Have a passion for assisting and serving customers and colleagues
• Desire to learn and develop cooking skills extensively
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace
