Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you'll prepare fresh food daily without reliance on freezers or microwaves and will receive thorough training to confidently operate any station such as grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Create a friendly and inviting environment to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Adhere to quality and safety standards while performing food preparation and service activities.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Show a genuine passion for serving and assisting customers and teammates.
- Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
