Role Overview

The Crew Member position in Winnipeg, Manitoba involves full-time, on-site responsibilities aimed at delivering prompt and friendly service alongside quality food and beverages. Daily activities include welcoming guests, accurately taking orders, preparing smoothies and juices following established recipes, and processing payments through cash, card, or app-based methods. Ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly store environment is essential, which involves sanitizing equipment, work surfaces, and dining areas regularly. Additional duties include restocking supplies, complying with food safety and hygiene regulations, and collaborating with the team to achieve service objectives and positive customer experiences. Crew Members may also support merchandising efforts, promote products, and occasionally assist with in-store events or marketing activities.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities, engaging customers in a polite and professional way.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, multitask effectively, and maintain precision during order preparation.
• Fundamental experience handling cash transactions and using point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Dedication to maintaining food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including proper ingredient handling and equipment usage.
• A cooperative team player with reliability, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn recipes, procedures, and brand standards.
• Availability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Previous background in food service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training is provided.
• Physical capability to stand for long durations and perform light to moderate manual tasks such as lifting ingredient containers and cleaning duties.
