Job Opportunity and Work Environment

As a Crew Member, you'll receive comprehensive training to confidently work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare food by hand using fresh ingredients with no use of freezers or microwaves
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive restaurant atmosphere
• Perform tasks across multiple stations including grilling, cash handling, food preparation, and order assembly

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• A positive, enthusiastic disposition and passion for serving customers and supporting teammates
• Eagerness to learn cooking skills and restaurant operations
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the work location
