Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will help prepare food from scratch daily, working stations such as grill, cashier, salsa, prep, and expo, delivering excellent service to create a welcoming customer experience. This position is an entry point with comprehensive training and a clear path to management, with over 80% of managers having started as Crew Members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food by hand in compliance with Chipotle's standards.
• Engage customers with friendly and enthusiastic service.
• Support various roles including grill, cashier, prep, salsa making, and expo duties.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm to serve customers and support colleagues.
• Interested in learning food preparation and cooking skills.
• Effective communication in the primary language(s) of the worksite.
