About the Role
Chipotle Mexican Grill is redefining the fast-food experience by providing responsibly sourced, freshly prepared food in a welcoming environment. As a Crew Member, you will be part of a team that prepares food by hand daily, without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers. The role includes training for various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, emphasizing outstanding customer service and a friendly atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food ingredients by hand at multiple station points such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that fosters a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic presence to support guests and fellow team members.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Effective communication in the primary language(s) spoken at the work location.
- A positive and eager attitude with a passion for serving others, including both customers and coworkers.
- An interest in learning extensive cooking skills and food preparation techniques.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay ranging between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour, supplemented by digital tips.
