Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh meals by hand each day without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
• Deliver exceptional and welcoming customer service enhancing the dining experience.
• Perform duties at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo after training.
• Contribute to a friendly team atmosphere and support your coworkers.

Requirements

• Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude daily.
• Show genuine interest in helping both customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranges between $15.75 and $16.75 per hour plus eligibility for digital tips.
• Tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
