Position Overview

Crew members receive full training on various stations including grilling, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo, ensuring a dynamic work experience preparing real food daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain a welcoming and friendly restaurant atmosphere.
• Prepare and handle fresh ingredients at multiple stations including grill, cashier counter, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Participate actively in training sessions to build culinary and service skills.

Candidate Profile

• A positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for serving customers and supporting team members.
• Keen interest in learning cooking and food preparation techniques.
• Must be at least 16 years of age and able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) relevant to the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $18.00, supplemented with digital tips.
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
