Position Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be a vital part of a team that prides itself on exceptional customer service and freshly prepared meals made by hand daily. Whether operating the grill, cashier station, prep, salsa, or expo, you will receive comprehensive training to confidently fulfill your role. This position is open to individuals with or without prior food service experience, including roles such as dishwasher, cashier, or cook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food items daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
• Deliver warm and friendly service to customers, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere
• Work competently at various stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain efficient operations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to assist and serve customers and teammates
• Motivated to learn extensive cooking skills and food preparation techniques
• Be at least 16 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace
