Role Overview

This role represents an opportunity at Chipotle to work in a dynamic fast-food environment that focuses on quality, freshness, and customer service. Candidates will receive comprehensive training across various kitchen and front-of-house stations including grilling, cashiering, food preparation, salsa making, and food expediting. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations.
• Operate multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep area, salsa preparation, and expo.

Candidate Requirements

• Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for serving customers and supporting team members.
• Strong motivation to learn extensive cooking and food preparation skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage range of $17.60 to $18.60, dependent on skills, experience, and education, with considerations for local wage laws.
• Tuition assistance up to $5,250 annually.
