Key Responsibilities

Crew Members will work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations. They are responsible for preparing fresh food daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers, and delivering excellent customer service that creates a welcoming environment for all guests.

Candidate Requirements

• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
• Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service to both patrons and colleagues
• Eagerness to learn cooking skills extensively
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language used at the workplace

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range from $15.25 to $16.25 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips
