Position Overview
Join us as a Crew Member where you'll receive comprehensive training to confidently work at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. We take pride in delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment. Whether you have prior experience in food service roles or none at all, we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food daily using hands-on techniques without relying on freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Provide outstanding customer service to cultivate a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Operate confidently in multiple restaurant stations including grill, cashier, and food preparation areas.
Qualifications
- Possess a positive, friendly, and energetic demeanor.
- Show enthusiasm for assisting customers and collaborating with team members.
- Keen interest in culinary skills and learning how to cook extensively.
- Be at least 16 years old with proficiency in the primary language spoken at the work location.
