Position Overview

Training is comprehensive and covers working confidently across stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This is an entry-level role that offers a clear career path, with over 80% of managers originally promoted from Crew positions.

Candidate Requirements

• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Possess a genuine passion for assisting and serving customers and coworkers.
• Have a strong willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
