Responsibilities

• Prepare food by hand following Chipotle's fresh food standards.
• Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• A genuine passion for serving customers and collaborating with team members.
• Willingness and eagerness to learn extensive food preparation techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

The base hourly wage ranges from $15.25 to $16.25, with the opportunity to earn additional income through digital tips. A comprehensive benefits package includes tuition support for certain degrees (up to $5,250 annually or fully covered for select programs), free meals while on shift, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and competitive pay rates. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with clear pathways for advancement.
