Role Overview
Join a unique fast-food experience where quick service meets high-quality food preparation. As a Crew Member, you'll receive comprehensive training to confidently handle various roles such as grill, cashier, prepping, salsa making, and order expo without reliance on freezers or microwaves. This position offers a clear path for growth with over 80% of managers promoted from crew positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and order assembly proficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming and positive environment.
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Maintain a friendly and energetic disposition.
- Have a genuine passion for assisting customers and collaborating with teammates.
- Be eager to learn extensive cooking and food preparation skills.
- Be at least 16 years old and able to communicate fluently in the primary language(s) used at the location.
