Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, freshly prepared food and outstanding customer service. With no frozen or pre-made ingredients, you will learn to work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. This role offers a welcoming environment for those with or without prior experience in food service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food by hand daily, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Manage customer interactions with friendliness and efficiency.
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Help maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness and organization.
- Support team members to create a positive workplace atmosphere.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Passion for assisting and providing excellent service to both customers and teammates.
- Keen interest and willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the location.
