Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will be expected to prepare food by hand daily and foster a welcoming environment for customers. Your role will involve working efficiently at different stations, ensuring high-quality service, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be passionate about serving both customers and teammates.
- Have a strong willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range between $17.95 and $18.95 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and education.
- Tuition support up to $5,250 annually.
