Role Overview

As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you will be part of a team that prepares fresh food by hand daily without relying on freezers, microwaves, or can openers. This position offers comprehensive training across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• A positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for serving customers and supporting coworkers.
• Willingness to learn and develop cooking skills extensively.
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
