Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital part in preparing fresh food by hand in a fast-paced environment. Team members work across various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo to deliver excellent customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare made-to-order food items at multiple stations including grill and prep
• Operate cashier functions to support customer transactions effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety standards
• Deliver friendly, enthusiastic service to customers and collaborate well with team members
• Support the restaurant’s mission of creating a unique fast food experience and promote sustainable food practices

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Possess a positive and engaging attitude towards customers and team members
• Strong willingness to learn cooking skills and restaurant operations
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the workplace

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, supplemented by digital tips
• Tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 annually
