The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team at our Grandville, MI location. Crew Members handle daily food preparation, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment. Training is provided for all stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, with no prior food service experience required. This position offers a pathway for career advancement, as most of our management team started as Crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items manually following Chipotle's standards.
- Operate various stations such as grill, cash register, food prep, salsa bar, and expo.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age.
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow culinary skills.
- Strong communication skills in the primary language used at the workplace.
- A passion for serving and assisting customers as well as supporting fellow team members.
