Key Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will prepare real food by hand each day without using freezers or microwaves. Training covers all stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. You'll engage customers with friendly service to maintain the welcoming atmosphere Chipotle is known for.

Candidate Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old
• Possess a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer and team interactions
• Show eagerness to learn how to cook extensively
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language used at the restaurant location

Salary Transparency

The base pay for this role ranges from $20 to $21 per hour, supplemented by digital tips. Final pay is adjusted based on individual skills, experience, and education. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided.
