Position Overview

The Crew Member at Chipotle plays a vital role in preparing delicious food by hand daily without the use of freezers or microwaves. You will work across various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, ensuring outstanding customer service and a warm dining environment. Whether you are experienced or new to the food industry, Chipotle offers comprehensive training and clear advancement pathways—over 80% of managers started as crew.
