At Chipotle, team members receive comprehensive training to confidently work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo. Crew members help create a welcoming atmosphere and provide outstanding customer service that keeps guests coming back. Candidate Expectations

We seek individuals with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor who are passionate about serving both customers and colleagues. A strong willingness to learn cooking and restaurant operations is essential. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wages range from $17.95 to $18.95 based on skills, experience, and education, subject to local wage laws. We offer tuition assistance up to $5,250 annually, complimentary meals during shifts, paid time off, holiday closures depending on location, competitive pay, and opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules. Advancement potential is strong, as most managers began in crew roles.
