Job Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team in Hoffman Estates, IL. This full-time onsite position offers exceptional training that prepares you to confidently handle various stations like grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This role provides an excellent career progression as over 80% of our managers started as Crew Members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare real food by hand daily, adhering to Chipotle’s quality standards.
• Operate multiple restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Contribute positively to the team culture and assist in day-to-day restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for serving others.
• Willingness to learn cooking skills extensively.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the worksite.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $15.25 to $16.25 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips.
• Tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
