Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will be trained extensively to confidently operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Your role is critical in creating a welcoming environment for customers through exceptional service and teamwork.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Bring a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor to the team.
• Have a passion for assisting and serving customers and teammates alike.
• Eager to learn and develop cooking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $15.75 to $16.75 per hour, complemented by digital tips.
• Tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
