Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, friendly customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests consistent with Chipotle’s service standards.
Requirements
- Possess a positive, eager-to-learn attitude and passion for serving customers and team members.
- Desire to acquire extensive cooking knowledge and skills.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Communicate effectively in the main language(s) used at the workplace.
