Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and meals by hand daily at assigned stations.
• Provide outstanding customer service to create a pleasant dining environment.
• Work collaboratively as a team member across varying roles (grill, cashier, prep, salsa, expo).
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Show passion for assisting and serving both customers and colleagues.
• Have a strong willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the worksite.

Compensation Details

Base pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.50 per hour, with additional income potential through digital tips. Final compensation is influenced by individual qualifications.
