Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping prepare quality food by hand daily. While no prior experience is necessary, you will receive thorough training to confidently work various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This role offers a potential career pathway, with over 80% of managers beginning their journey at the crew level.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food daily without relying on freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a friendly environment.
- Operate at multiple workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo as needed.
- Support team members and customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Possess a friendly, energetic demeanor and a passion for serving others.
- Willingness to learn comprehensive cooking and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace.
