Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items at multiple stations following Chipotle's standards.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Possess a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Be motivated to assist and serve customers as well as coworkers.
• Show eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Be at minimum 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in the language used at the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wages ranging from $20.00 to $21.00, plus eligibility for digital tips.
