Job Responsibilities
Crew Members take part in preparing real food by hand daily, operating all stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests is a core responsibility. Whether you have prior experience or not, the role offers comprehensive training to become confident in each workstation.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic approach to work.
- Show a strong passion for helping and serving customers and team members.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn cooking skills extensively.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with eligibility for digital tips.
- Full tuition assistance covering 100% for select degree programs or up to $5,250 annually.
