Role Overview
Chipotle is transforming the typical fast-food experience by providing a workplace where crew members develop valuable skills and careers. The role involves preparing fresh food daily with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Crew members receive extensive training to confidently handle stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expediting.
