Position Overview
Join Chipotle as a Crew Member and become part of a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food prepared by hand every day, with no use of freezers or microwaves. This role offers extensive training across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, and provides a clear pathway for career progression—over 80% of managers were promoted internally from Crew.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food manually at different stations including grill, cashier, and prep areas.
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment that ensures an excellent customer experience.
- Engage enthusiastically with customers and team members to support a harmonious work atmosphere.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Demonstrate a passion for serving and assisting customers and coworkers.
- Show willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) spoken at the location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base pay between $16.00 and $17.00 per hour (exact amount depends on experience and education).
- Eligible for digital tips in addition to base pay.
- Full tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 per year.
