Job Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently work across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. You will be responsible for preparing real, fresh food by hand daily with no reliance on freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Beyond food preparation, you will provide exceptional customer service, helping to create the welcoming atmosphere that customers expect and appreciate.
Candidate Requirements
- Bring a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor to create a positive experience for customers and teammates.
- Have a passion for serving and assisting others.
- Be eager to learn and develop cooking skills extensively.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively in the main language(s) used at the workplace.
