About the Role
At Chipotle Mexican Grill, we are redefining fast food by offering freshly prepared meals without freezers or microwaves, with an emphasis on responsibility and quality ingredients. We are inviting enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members where hard work and dedication can lead to a fulfilling career path; over 80% of our managers started in this position. Whether you're experienced or new to the hospitality industry, we will train you across various stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa making, and expo.
Key Responsibilities
Team members are expected to provide excellent customer service that fosters a welcoming environment and support all areas of food preparation and restaurant operations. Daily tasks include cooking fresh food by hand, assisting customers, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency throughout the restaurant.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a warm and positive attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
- Have a genuine passion for serving and helping others.
- Be eager to learn extensive cooking skills and food preparation techniques.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language spoken at the worksite.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay ranging from $15.25 to $16.25 per hour, supplemented by digital tips.
- Tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
