As a Crew Member, you will receive thorough training and opportunities for growth, with over 80% of our managers having started in this position. The role involves preparing fresh food daily with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. You will gain experience working at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, contributing to an exceptional customer service atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh menu items by hand daily following company protocols.
• Operate at different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service emphasizing hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bring a positive and enthusiastic demeanor to the team.
• Have a genuine passion for serving and assisting both customers and fellow team members.
• Show a willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work site.
