About the Role

Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mission Viejo, CA as a Crew Member to support our mission of cultivating a better world through responsible food service. Our approach is different from typical fast food; we prepare fresh, wholesome meals daily without freezers or microwaves. We foster growth and provide comprehensive training, with over 80% of our managers promoted internally from Crew positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Demonstrate passion for assisting and serving customers and colleagues.
• Motivation to learn extensive cooking techniques.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the worksite.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranging from $20 to $21 per hour, supplemented by digital tips.
• Full tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
