As a Crew Member, you will receive comprehensive training to confidently operate various stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and food assembly. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Preparing fresh food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
• Delivering outstanding customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
• Working collaboratively with your team to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Genuine passion for assisting and serving both customers and colleagues
• Keen desire to learn extensive cooking skills
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the workplace
