Key Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently work across various stations such as grill, cashier, food preparation, salsa, and order assembly (expo). You will contribute to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring an enjoyable atmosphere for patrons.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for assisting and serving customers and team members alike.
- Willingness to learn extensive cooking and restaurant operations.
- Minimum age of 16 years at the time of employment.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) spoken at the work location.
