Responsibilities
In this role, you will prepare fresh food by hand every day at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, ensuring a welcoming and friendly customer experience. You will uphold Chipotle's high standards of service and contribute to creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and team members.
Requirements
- You should be at least 16 years old.
- Bring a cheerful and eager demeanor with a passion for helping others and learning to cook.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay ranging from $20 to $21 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips.
