Role Overview

Joining Chipotle as a Crew Member means becoming part of a team committed to delivering exceptional food and customer experiences. Employees receive thorough hands-on training across all kitchen and serving stations: grilling, cash handling, food preparation, salsa and order assembly. New hires may come from various backgrounds including food service or hospitality, or with no previous experience. Advancement opportunities abound, as most managers have risen through the Crew ranks.

What You'll Do

• Prepare fresh food daily by hand, ensuring no reliance on freezers, microwaves, or canned foods
• Operate at different stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
• Deliver outstanding customer service fostering a welcoming environment

Who Should Apply

• Individuals with a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic approach
• Those passionate about assisting both customers and teammates
• People eager to learn extensive cooking skills
• Applicants aged 16 or older
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranges between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour, supplemented by digital tips
