About the Role

Join Chipotle Mexican Grill and become part of a team dedicated to changing the fast food industry by serving fresh, responsibly sourced food in an inviting atmosphere. This role involves preparing food manually every day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. You'll receive training to confidently work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Have a passion for serving and assisting both customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the restaurant location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $21.00, plus eligibility for digital tips.
• Tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
