Opportunity Overview
Chipotle is looking for enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team in Maple, Ontario. We provide thorough training for all positions including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Whether you have prior experience in food service or are new to the industry, we welcome passionate individuals who want to grow and potentially advance to management roles; over 80% of our managers started at the Crew level.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food fresh daily by hand without the use of freezers or microwaves.
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo following training.
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support team members and contribute positively to the work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
- Strong passion for serving others, including customers and teammates.
- Motivated to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.95 to $18.95, varying by skill, experience, and education, compliant with local wage laws.
