Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Provide excellent and friendly customer service to create an inviting environment for guests.
- Operate multiple stations confidently following Chipotle’s preparation and service standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hold a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude toward customers and team members.
- Demonstrate a passion for helping and serving others.
- Have a strong desire to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location.
