Responsibilities

• Prepare real food by hand at various stations within the restaurant including grill and prep areas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a hospitable dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Maintain a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Commitment to supporting customers and fellow team members with dedication and care.
• Enthusiasm for learning cooking techniques and food preparation skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly base pay ranging from $16.25 to $17.25, with additional earnings from digital tips.
• Tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
