About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Crew Member, where we aim to transform the fast-food experience by offering freshly prepared meals made by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Key Responsibilities
As a team member, you will receive comprehensive training and rotate through various kitchen and customer service stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. You'll contribute directly to our customers' enjoyment by upholding high standards of food preparation and friendly service, helping ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Show a genuine passion for assisting and serving both customers and colleagues.
- Eager to acquire extensive knowledge in cooking and food preparation.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in the main language(s) used at the workplace.
