Role Overview

Join Chipotle as a Crew Member where you will be part of a team that prepares fresh food daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. This position offers extensive training across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Chipotle takes pride in outstanding customer service, and each team member contributes to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food items by hand according to Chipotle standards
• Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo confidently after training
• Deliver excellent, friendly customer service

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude toward work and team members
• Strong passion for assisting and serving customers and colleagues
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
