Role Overview
As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you will contribute to a unique dining experience that challenges typical fast-food norms. You'll receive extensive training to confidently work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Our team members are central to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests while preparing fresh food by hand daily, without using freezers or microwaves.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items by hand in accordance with Chipotle's standards ensuring quality and freshness.
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo with confidence after training.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create a friendly and inviting environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate positively with team members to foster a supportive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for serving others, including both customers and coworkers.
- Motivation to learn and enhance cooking skills extensively.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
