About the Role
At Chipotle Mexican Grill in Rockford, MI, we are redefining fast food by offering freshly prepared meals made from responsibly sourced ingredients. Responsibilities
- Prepare delicious real food by hand on the grill and other stations following Chipotle’s standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
- Learn and develop skills across different roles within the kitchen and front of house.
Requirements
- Bring a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor to create positive customer and team member interactions.
- Demonstrate passion for serving and supporting others, both customers and coworkers.
- A strong eagerness to learn cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) spoken at the worksite.
